About Air1 Jets
We find the right aircraft for each trip, check who is flying it, and look after the details until you land.
A Charter Company for Your Trip, Not Our Fleet
Air1 Jets does not own aircraft, and that works in your favor. Companies that own a fleet need to fill their own seats. We start from your trip, then search thousands of aircraft to find the size, location and price that make sense.
This matters most on trips that don’t fit the usual pattern: a flight on three hours’ notice, a pet that needs to travel in the cabin, a group too large for one jet, or an arrival at a mountain airport with a curfew.

How We’re Different: Air1 Clearance
Every charter company mentions safety ratings. They matter, and we use operators rated by ARGUS or Wyvern, but a rating describes a company. You fly on one aircraft with one crew.
So every trip we arrange goes through Air1 Clearance, our own review of the aircraft and crew assigned to your flight. We look at the pilots’ experience on that exact aircraft type, the aircraft’s age and condition, the operator’s certification and safety rating, and how that operator has actually performed, on the trips we have arranged and through feedback from a trusted network of industry peers.
An aircraft either clears or we don’t offer it. Air1 Clearance sits on top of FAA certification and independent audits; it does not replace them.
On Demand, with No Membership
Air1 Jets arranges on-demand charter only. There is no membership fee, no deposit and no multi-year contract: you pay for the trips you take.
For most people who fly privately a few times a year, that usually costs less and gives more choice than a jet card or fractional share. Those programs have real advantages for frequent flyers, and we explain them honestly in our guide.
How We Choose Operators
These are the standards we look for when we choose an operator.
Part 135 Certificate
Every flight is operated by an air carrier certified by the FAA for on-demand charter, or by its foreign equivalent.
ARGUS or Wyvern Rating
We use operators that have passed an independent safety audit covering crew experience, maintenance and safety management.
Air1 Clearance
Before we offer an aircraft, the specific aircraft and crew for your flight must pass our own review, not just the company behind them.
Insurance
Operators must carry liability insurance that meets or exceeds industry standards for the aircraft class.
