Group and Team Private Jet Charter
From a family of ten to a full team with staff and equipment, we match the aircraft to the group, or fly the party on two jets that arrive together.
How Group Charter Works
Most business jets seat 6 to 9 passengers. Heavy jets seat up to about 16, ultra-long-range jets up to 19, and for larger groups we arrange VIP and charter airliners that seat dozens to more than a hundred passengers.
Group trips need more than seats. Baggage, sports equipment and wedding luggage all need room, and larger aircraft need airports with longer runways. We plan the aircraft, the airport and the ground transport together.
Sports Teams
Teams need room for equipment, flexible departures after games and airports close to the venue. We plan single trips, tournaments and full seasons.
Two Jets Instead of One
For groups of 12 to 30, two mid-size or super-midsize jets are often cheaper and more flexible than one large aircraft, and can use smaller airports closer to your destination.
Weddings and Retreats
Destination weddings and company retreats often need flights from several cities. We can bring guests in from different airports to arrive together.
Airliners on Request
For 20 to 180+ passengers, we arrange charter and VIP airliners. They are priced on request.

Group Charter Questions
What is the largest private jet for a group?
Heavy business jets seat up to about 16 passengers and ultra-long-range jets up to about 19. For bigger groups we arrange VIP or charter airliners that seat 30 to more than 180.
Can you charter a plane for a sports team?
Yes. We arrange aircraft with room for players, staff and equipment, from single away games to full-season schedules.
Is it cheaper to split a group across two jets?
Often, for groups of about 12 to 30. Two smaller jets can cost less than one large aircraft and can use airports closer to your destination.
