These terms apply to your use of air1jets.com (the “site”), operated by Air1 Jets (“Air1 Jets,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Air1 Jets Is a Charter Broker, Not an Air Carrier

Air1 Jets is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft. We arrange charter flights as an agent for our clients. All flights are operated by FAA-certificated Part 135 direct air carriers, or by foreign air carriers holding the equivalent authority, which exercise full operational control of the aircraft, including decisions about safety, weather, crew and whether a flight can operate. The operator of your flight is named in your quote or charter agreement.

2. Price Estimates Are Not Offers

Prices shown on the site, including in the cost calculator, pricing guide and route, city and event pages, are estimates for general information. They are not offers, quotes or guarantees. Actual prices depend on the aircraft, operator, dates, repositioning, taxes, airport and handling fees, de-icing, crew costs and other factors. Flight times, distances, aircraft specifications and airport information on the site are also approximate.

3. Quotes and Bookings

• A flight is booked only when you sign a charter agreement and we receive payment as set out in it. Aircraft are not held or guaranteed until then.
• Your charter agreement sets out the price, payment terms, cancellation and change terms and the operator’s terms. If anything on this site conflicts with your charter agreement, the charter agreement controls.
• You agree to give us accurate and complete information for yourself and your passengers, and to make sure all passengers have valid travel documents and comply with the operator’s rules and the law.

4. Using the Site

You may use the site for your personal or business travel planning. You agree not to misuse it, including by submitting false information or spam, interfering with its security or operation, scraping it with automated tools in a way that burdens it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Content and Trademarks

The text, design and graphics of the site belong to Air1 Jets or are used with permission. Photographs are used under the licenses listed on our photo credits page. Aircraft names, manufacturer names, safety-audit names such as ARGUS and Wyvern, and event names belong to their owners; their use on the site is for identification only and does not imply endorsement.

6. Links to Other Websites

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. See also our disclaimer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Air1 Jets will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100). This section does not limit any rights you have under your charter agreement or any liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not change the responsibility of the operator for the operation of your flight.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Air1 Jets against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless your charter agreement provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
