What we collect when you request a quote or book a flight, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

This policy explains how Air1 Jets (“Air1 Jets,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through air1jets.com and when you contact us by phone, text or email. Questions? Email Fly@air1jets.com or call (347) 745-1757.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, contact us or book a flight, you may give us:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Trip details: airports, dates, times, number of passengers, aircraft preferences and notes such as pets, luggage, catering or ground transport
- For a booked flight: each passenger’s full legal name, date of birth and, where required, government ID or passport details, and any information needed for special assistance
- Billing contact details. Card and bank payments are handled under your charter agreement; we do not collect card numbers through this website.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. We use it to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies
This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Our quote and contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you interact with the form, and Google may set cookies to do this. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.
How We Use Your Information
- To prepare and send quotes and answer your questions
- To arrange and manage your flight, including sharing trip and passenger details with the operator and service providers
- To meet legal and regulatory requirements, such as passenger manifests and customs and immigration filings for international flights
- To keep records of bookings and payments, and to prevent fraud and misuse of our site
- To send you information about our services, only where you have agreed to it or where the law allows, with an easy way to opt out
Who We Share It With
We share personal information only as needed to provide our services:
- Air carriers. The FAA Part 135 operator (or foreign air carrier) that operates your flight receives the trip and passenger details it needs.
- Trip service providers. Private terminals (FBOs), caterers and ground transportation companies, when you ask us to arrange those services.
- Our own service providers. Companies that host this website, process form submissions, filter spam (Google reCAPTCHA) and provide email and phone services to us, under obligations to protect your information.
- Authorities. Government agencies where the law requires, such as customs and border authorities, or to respond to lawful requests.
- Business transfers. A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Calls, Texts and Email
If you give us your phone number or email address, we may contact you about your quote or trip by call, text or email. We will send marketing text messages only if you have given us express consent. You can reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them, and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
How Long We Keep It
We keep quote requests and booking records for as long as needed to provide our services, keep accurate business records and meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations, and then delete or anonymize them.
How We Protect It
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing Fly@air1jets.com. Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for exercising them. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information we are required to keep by law.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through the website. Information about children traveling as passengers is provided by an adult booking the trip and used only to arrange the flight.
Visitors Outside the United States
We are based in the United States, and information you give us is processed in the United States and, for international trips, shared with operators and authorities in the countries involved.
Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors across websites, we do not change our practices in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
