Five Steps to Your Flight
Tell Us Your Trip
Enter your route, dates and passengers in the calculator to see prices for every aircraft that fits, or call us. Mention anything special: pets, skis, catering or a tight connection.
Compare Your Options
We send two or three aircraft that suit the trip, with photos, the operator’s safety rating and an itemized price.
Confirm and Pay
Sign the charter agreement and pay by wire or card. Your aircraft is then locked in, and we send you its tail number.
Get Ready to Fly
Send passenger names and ID details. We confirm the private terminal address, catering and ground transport.
Fly
Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before departure, meet your crew and board. Your trip manager follows the flight until you land.
On the Day
Arrival
Drive straight to the private terminal (FBO). Many let you park next to the aircraft or drop off at the door.
Boarding
The crew checks your ID and loads your bags. There are no airline security lines on most charter flights.
In the Air
The cabin is yours. Work, sleep or eat on your own schedule.
Landing
Your car can meet you at the aircraft or the terminal door. On international trips, customs is usually handled at the private terminal.
