Airliner Charter

Airliners and regional aircraft for groups too large for a business jet: sports teams, bands, corporate events, weddings and tours.

When a group outgrows the 16 to 19 seats of the largest business jets, the next step is a chartered airliner. Regional turboprops such as the ATR 72 and Dash 8 seat 30 to 70 on shorter routes; regional jets such as the CRJ and Embraer E-Jets seat 50 to 100; and larger airliners such as the Boeing 737 and 757 carry whole teams and tours. VIP versions, such as the Boeing Business Jet and Airbus ACJ, add private cabins and lounges.

Airliner charters are priced for each trip, because cost depends heavily on the aircraft, the crew and where the aircraft is based. Tell us your group size and route, and we will send options.

Best For

  • Groups of 20 to 180 or more
  • Sports teams, bands and tours with a lot of equipment
  • Corporate events, incentive trips and destination weddings

Keep in Mind

  • Airliners need longer runways than most business jets, so the choice of airport is narrower.
  • Book well ahead: fewer airliners are available for charter, especially in sports seasons.
  • Pricing is quoted for each trip; there is no instant estimate.
