About the Embraer Phenom 100
The Embraer Phenom 100 is the jet most people start with when they move up from a turboprop. It seats four comfortably in a club arrangement, climbs above most weather at 41,000 feet, and costs less per hour than any other jet on the charter market.
For its size it has a lot of baggage space: 70 cubic feet split between a nose compartment and a rear locker. That is enough for four roller bags and soft duffels. It also has a private lavatory, which many very light jets leave out.

Is the Phenom 100 Right for Your Trip?
Best For
- Trips of 300 to 1,000 miles, such as New York to Boston, Miami to Nassau or Los Angeles to Las Vegas
- Two to four passengers who want jet speed at close to turboprop pricing
- Short runways: it can use smaller airports that are often closer to where you are going
Keep in Mind
- The cabin is about 4 ft 11 in tall, so you cannot stand up inside.
- Longer trips, such as coast to coast, need at least one fuel stop.
- There is room for four passengers plus bags. A fifth seat is possible on some aircraft, but bag space gets tight.
