Air1 Jets is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. Air1 Jets does not own or operate aircraft; it arranges charter flights as an agent for its clients. All flights are operated by FAA-certificated Part 135 direct air carriers, or by foreign air carriers holding the equivalent authority, which exercise full operational control of the aircraft.
